Our department received an award in the "Book Category".


Our department faculty member Prof. Dr. Öner Yusuf TORAMAN has won an award in the "Book Category" at the NÖHÜ-2026 Awards ceremony for his book titled "Industrial Raw Materials," published by a national/international publishing house.

Career Days and Alumni Gathering


A career day and alumni gathering was held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 3:30 PM in the Department Seminar Hall, with the participation of faculty members, students, alumni of the Mining Engineering Department of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, and Kubilay Ünsal, the Niğde Provincial Representative of the Chamber of Mining Engineers. The event included a presentation/talk and a cocktail reception in the foyer area.
