A Department Chairs Meeting was held at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Faculty of Dentistry to evaluate educational and academic activities, discuss clinical operational processes, and develop academic studies.

During the meeting, ongoing activities within the Faculty’s education and training processes were evaluated, and views were exchanged regarding the current status and needs of the departments. Discussions were also held on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of students’ educational processes.

The agenda also included the operation of clinical practices, patient appointment processes, the effective and orderly delivery of clinical services, as well as challenges encountered in academic and administrative processes and possible solutions.

Within the framework of the National Core Education Program for Dentistry (DUÇEP), discussions were held on the evaluation of educational content and practical training processes. Matters concerning strengthening coordination and cooperation among the departments were also addressed.

The meeting concluded with an evaluation of potential actions to further enhance the quality of education, academic activities, and clinical services at the Faculty.
