Course Objective
This course aims to teach the place and functions of food and food products in history, to open their visions about the food industry and to teach them how to improve and use this information in the future, in academic and professional life.
Brief Content of the Course
1. At the end of this course students will be able to; learn the change of food over time, understand new trends in the present and the future, and produce new trends in line with researches when necessary. 2. The course focuses on the expectations of sustainability and social responsibility.
