Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1Explains the general principles of nutrition and the interaction between health and nutrition. Knows the relationship between technological developments, consumption habits and the environment.
2 It conveys through education the nutritional characteristics of pregnancy, breastfeeding and 0-1 age period and the importance of breast milk.
3Knows nutrition in diabetes mellitus and uses it in patient education. Knowing that obesity is a current and widespread health problem, it enables individuals to take protective measures. Knows the nutritional characteristics in thinness.
4Explains nutrition in heart, kidney and digestive system diseases.
5Knows the nutritional characteristics in some acute and chronic special situations (infectious diseases, elderly, workers, sports nutrition, celiac, metabolic diseases (enzyme deficiencies)
6 Evaluates the nutritional status of patients with complex health problems and provides nutritional education on health protection.
