Teaching the pastry techniques and applications
Brief Content of the Course
He prepares his products with simple dough. Learns oil and yeast dough types and their products. She prepares desserts from baked dough. She prepares cakes and cakes and makes modeling of sugar paste used in boutique pastry. Learns the types of cakes, tarts, tartlets, pies and quiches. Understands sustainable gastronomy studies to prevent waste in the patisserie. Prepares decorations from various chocolates.
