DECISION NO: 2025/05: Within the scope of the Active Counselling Directive of our University, it has been unanimously decided to hold the Active Counselling Meetings by the departments of our Faculty in the 12th (twelve) week of the Fall and Spring Semesters of the Academic Year, and to notify the department heads of the decision.

In this context, active counselling meetings will be held between 07-09.MAY.2025 between 16:00 - 17:00 every day in the classroom numbered B201. Students are expected to attend any of them.

This announcement is for the students of Mechatronics Engineering Department, other departments will organise separately.
