The applications will be made on the internet. Additionally, no documents are to be sent to our university by postal service. All the required documents will be received from the placed candidates during the final registration. If there is any deficiency in the final registration documents, the candidates will promptly lose the right to register.

WHO CAN APPLY
HE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT GENERAL HEALTH INSURANCE
According to Law No. 5510 on Social Insurance, " Foreign students studying in our country become general health insurance beneficiaries if they apply within three months of their initial registration date. Those who do not apply within this period will not be subject to general health insurance provisions during their studies . They will pay general health insurance premiums based on one-third of the daily earnings base determined by them according to Article 82 of the same law, calculated over 30 days."
Foreign students studying at our university at their own expense and those applying for general health insurance will pay a monthly premium of 1,321.20 TL between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. According to Article 2 of the amendments made to Law No. 5510 by Law No. 6486, foreign students who apply in writing to the Social Security Institution (SGK) will have their general health insurance coverage initiated and will be insured for one year, starting from the day following their application.
Foreign students applying for general health insurance are legally responsible for paying their insurance premiums. Students must make their general health insurance premium payments at branches of TC Ziraat Bank, Türkiye Halk Bankası, and Vakıfbank.
Foreign students applying for general health insurance must have their health insurance registered. Students without valid health insurance are advised to obtain general health insurance to avoid problems with their residence permits, as they may need to purchase a separate private health insurance policy.
