Course Objective
The aim of this course is; Gaining information about common pediatric home accidents in the community and the safety precautions to be taken in these situations.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, Physiological Differences in Children, Childhood According to Developmental Stages, First Responses to Home Accidents, Common Accidents and Safety by Developmental Periods, Approach to Foreign Objects in the Respiratory Tracts and Strangulation, Foreign Objects in the Eyes, Ears and Nose, Accidents Caused by Serious Bleeding and on the subjects of Safety, Poisoning, Approach to a Child with Fever, Fractures, Dislocations and Sprains in Children, Regional Injuries in Children, Approach to Burns and Frostbite in Children, Animal Bites theoretical information and safety precautions will be explained.
