Course Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods compatible with real-life problems in the rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical and legal conditions of the business world and to provide students with the ability to adapt career planning to their own lives.
Brief Content of the Course
Career definition, Career Planning and Management, Career Planning and Career Development models, CV, cover letter and thank you letter preparation methods, Job placement and the importance of organizational career planning for the individual and the organization. It includes themes related to social sustainability and focuses on the development of practical skills.
