Course Objective
To provide sensitivity by teaching organisational behaviour issues that are frequently encountered in business life, To provide learning the basic concepts of behavioural sciences, To provide information on communication, problem solving and conflict management.
Brief Content of the Course
Scientific foundations of organisational behaviour, historical development of organisational behaviour, research techniques, individual and personality in organisations, attitudes and job satisfaction, basics of individual differences, biographical characteristics, skills and learning, organisational culture, groups and processes in organisations, group working techniques in organisations and participative management, Motivation process and theories in organisations, leadership and theories in organisations, conflict in organisations, stress and management in organisations, organisational environment and technology, organisational change, development, team work, power and politics in organisations, ethical behaviour in organisations, management and control. Communication, types of communication, communication models, interpersonal communication, community communication, effective communication, tools used in mass communication.
