Course Objective
This class is intended to be informed about Islamic painting, political and cultural environment, the ban on depicting, historical sources, examples of early Islamic paintings, Turkish minuature art, traditional problems, iconographic survey and problems of minuature.
Brief Content of the Course
examples of minuatures:Turkish painting art in Anatolia and Syria, Iranian tradition, Seljuk painting art, Mongal painting art, Timurid painting art, Turkmen principalities painting art and Safevi painting art.
