Course Objective
In this course, it is aimed to give information about standard and quality concepts. It is also aimed to gain application competencies of TSE, ISO and quality management systems.
Brief Content of the Course
The concept of quality, standard and standardization, the importance of standard in production and service sector, management quality and standards, environmental standards, quality management system models, strategic management, participation in management, process management system, resource management system, Efqm excellence model. In addition, creating awareness about TSE, ISO and quality management systems with achieving sustainable quality.
