Course Objective
Basic manufacturing processes of mechanical production of plastic parts, using molding techniques, it is aimed to teach students the basics of Metalworking
Brief Content of the Course
Introduction to shape Metal, hand tools, metal shaping, measuring and marking to do, pull the sheet guide and drill, reaming operations, lathes and turning, milling machines and milling, grinding machines and plane grinding, cylindrical grinding, taper grinding, tool grinding, to make appropriate resource for different materials by opening the mouth with the help of electric arc welding to weld, do basic partition operations by using a cutter knife and a dividing module, spur, helical, turn, turn dividing with the assistance rack and pinion gears, plastic materials draw patterns for different samples to process, molding shaping of metals through casting alloy, suitable sand preparation and molding, injection molding and extrusion dies draw.
