Course Objective
The aim of this course is to create three dimensional solid models in computer environment and to create technical drawings of these models.
Brief Content of the Course
Introduction to Computer Aided Design, Techniques for the Mechanical Design Process, Sustainability criteria in design processes, Introduction to CAD Package, Parts, Assembly, Drawing, Engineering Project Applications. The course shows the use of all program tools with the SolidWorks package program. Strategies will be given for the sustainability of the useage of the knowledge acquired after this course.
