Course Objective
It is known that, problems from different fields often enjoy related features and properties. This fact was used for an effective unifying approach towards such problems, the unification being obtained by the omission of unessential details.Hence the advantage of such an abstract approach is that it concentrates on the essential facts, so that this facts become clearly visible since the investigater?s attention is not disturbed by unimportant details. The aim of this course is to realize these type of abstract approaches by some abstract spaces such as metric spaces, normed spaces, inner product spaces, etc.
Brief Content of the Course
Metric and normed spaces , banach spaces, compactness , linear operators and linear functionals, and dual spaces, as foundations for constructing sustainable mathematical models.
