Course Objective
This course aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to save the lives of injured individuals, prevent the situation from worsening, and facilitate recovery by using first aid techniques until medical personnel arrive in a life-threatening situation or in the event of an accident.
Brief Content of the Course
General first aid information includes; assessment of the patient/injured and the scene; basic life support; first aid for bleeding; first aid for injuries; first aid for burns, frostbite, and heat stroke; first aid for fractures, dislocations, and sprains; first aid for impaired consciousness; first aid for poisoning; first aid for foreign objects in the eyes, ears, and nose; first aid for drowning; first aid in disasters; and patient/injured transportation techniques.
