ENGINEERING FACULTY / MINING ENGINEERING / MAD1003 - PHYSICS I

Learning Outcomes Of the Course
ÖÇ1The student knows and applies vector and scalar quantities to problems.
ÖÇ2Students will understand topics such as one-dimensional motion, two-dimensional motion, circular motion, and the laws of motion, and will be able to solve problems related to kinematics.
ÖÇ3It performs calculations related to conservative and non-conservative force, work, and energy.
ÖÇ4Students have knowledge of the conservation of momentum and collisions and apply this knowledge in solving related problems.
ÖÇ5Students understand the concepts of rotation, rolling motion, angular momentum, and torque, and apply them to relevant calculations.
ÖÇ6knows and applies the concepts of balance, center of gravity, vibrational motion, and the law of universal gravitation.
