Course Objective
Learning nonlinear analysis according to material nolinearity, geometrical nonlinearity and both material and geometrical nonlinearity.
Brief Content of the Course
Deformation properties of the structural materials, relation of the unit deformations between the internal forces, strain equations, ultimate situations, basic principles for analysis of structures, linear and nonlinear theory, safety factor, design codes, nonlinear systems with both according to material and geometrical aspects, iterative methods for nonlinear analysis, ultimate load, plastic hinge hypothesis, second order theory and buckling load.
