Course Objective
To increase the students' basic knowledge and skills related to sales and sales management;To give students the sales management-oriented career perspective; To improve communication skills, especially in marketing and sales-based; will help to gain knowledge and skills to help them developing more successful marketing activities and in their careers;
Brief Content of the Course
The sales process, time and territory management, sales budget, sales force organization, and selection, recruiting and hiring salespeople, salespeople training, motivation of salespeople, salesman pricing, appraisal of salespeople performance and international sales management.
