Course Objective
The aim is to explain about the general interest areas of sociology and the practice of making science and to improve student’s sociological imagination.
Brief Content of the Course
The subject area is the general sociological interests and its position as a scientific dicipline. The interest areas could be mentioned as; socialization, family relations, working life and economic life, migration as a sociological fact, the relationship between media and society and relationship between politics and society.
