Course Objective
The Zoning Information-2 course is a course in which the basic information acquired in Zoning Information-1 is elaborated on in terms of application. In this course, topics such as zoning practices, subdivision, problems encountered in the implementation of zoning plans, sustainable cities, land regulations, and the cadastre-zoning relationship are discussed.
Brief Content of the Course
Zoning plan application methods, expropriation, agricultural and divisional applications and regulations made in line with the request of the property owner. Information on the integration of these applications with sustainability principles; protection of natural areas, prevention of misuse of agricultural lands and ensuring balanced urban development.
