Course Objective
The aim of the Lettering and Typography I Course in the Department of Design, Graphic Design Programme: The aim of the Writing and Typography I course is to teach the basic structures that make up the writing to the graphic designer candidates, focusing on the selection of the typeface (font) to be used while creating the writing, and to enable them to produce projects on issues such as the family and structural features of the typeface, which play an important role in the selection of the typeface, the class and design suitability of the character.
