Course Objective
Students prepare and present a theoretical and/or experimental work related to Food Engineering either alone or as a part of a team under the supervision of a lecturer.
Brief Content of the Course
Under the supervision of a lecturer, to solve a problem related to Food Engineering, each student is expected to do literature review, research, theoretical investigation, modeling, simulation, project planning, project implementation, analysis, obtaining information on sustainable food security and food safety for the future and development of society, report and presentation.
