Real time inspections of basic power semiconductor switches and converters.
Brief Content of the Course
Real time inspections of characteristics of basic power semiconductor switches. Real-time applications of single-three phase uncontrolled-half controlled-fully controlled rectifiers with R-RL loads. Real-time applications of AC choppers. Real-time applications of DC choppers. Real-time applications of inverters. Real-time applications of Pulse With Modulation (PWM). Real-time application of DC drive. Real-time application of AC drive.
