Aim of this lesson is to give basic information about biosafety, genetic engeneering and its applications and put the given knowledge into practice

Direct and indirect gene transformation technics, gene manipulation, transgenic plants and productions, gene transformation technics via Agribacterium rhizogenes and Agrabecterium tumefaciens, vectors, biosafety in genetic engineering
