1To deepen the theoretical knowledge of students in this field by defining the basic concepts of physiopathology
2To explain the physiopathology of the innate and acquired immune mechanisms of the immune system and to gain an understanding that can analyze the relationship between these processes and nutrition in depth
3To understand the basic physiopathological processes of tissue injury, inflammation and repair mechanisms
4 To associate the function of nutrition in tissue repair and its interaction with inflammation
5To explain the relationship between systemic inflammation and clinical malnutrition and to provide information about nutritional orientations and treatment strategies
6To investigate the physiopathological dimensions of stress and to understand the multifaceted effects of stress on nutrition
7To provide comprehensive information on effective nutrition intervention strategies by examining the physiopathological processes of insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction and diabetes mellitus
8To elucidate in depth the physiopathological mechanisms of heart failure, coronary artery disease and hypertension and to elaborate nutrition-oriented treatment strategies in the management of these diseases
9To define the physiopathological processes of cancer and emphasize the clinical role of nutritional interventions in the treatment of cancer
