Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide theoretical information on the concept and definition of communication, types of communication, the communication process and factors affecting the communication process, communication in organizations and ways of establishing effective communication, to develop students' communication skills in both their daily and business lives and to enable them to communicate effectively.
Brief Content of the Course
It includes the concept and definition of communication, basic concepts related to the communication process, communication elements and characteristics, communication models, effective communication, factors that hinder and facilitate effective communication, effective listening in communication and sustainability communication in organizations.
