Course Objective
The aim of this program is to teach the fundamental technical and tactical skills of tennis, introduce the rules, and develop the ability to apply them within the game. The aim is to improve individual performance by focusing on basic stroke techniques (forehand, backhand, serve, volley, etc.), footwork, and playing strategies. Furthermore, the aim is to adopt scientifically based approaches in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of tennis training, and to provide professional knowledge and skills that can be used in athlete development and coaching practices.
Brief Content of the Course
Fundamental tennis techniques and tactics, rules of play, and on-court practices are covered. Fundamental stroke techniques such as forehand, backhand, serve, and volley, as well as movement skills and basic strategies, are taught in a hands-on manner.
