BOR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL / ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES TECHNOLOGY / AEK2008 - ELECTRICAL ENERGY TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION

Learning Outcomes Of the Course
ÖÇ1Explains the structure, planning principles, network types and network characteristics of power transmission and distribution systems.
ÖÇ2It applies the criteria for conductor selection, voltage drop and cross-section calculation in overhead line conductors and underground cables.
ÖÇ3Evaluates the mechanical and electrical properties of circuit elements (conductors, insulators, poles, etc.) used in power transmission lines and interprets possible failures.
ÖÇ4Analyzes the operating principles of circuit elements (transformers, disconnectors, breakers, busbars, etc.) used in switchyards and cabinets and interprets possible failures.
