WORKSHOP ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING


The environment of the Leatherwork Application Workshop was cleaned with the students of the Leather Technology program. In consultation with the environmental unit of Bor Municipality, a garbage container was placed in front of the workshop.

ORIENTATION TRAINING


In the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, the students of our school's Leather Technology and Traditional Handicrafts Program were taken to the campus area on 25.10.2023 and visited the faculty buildings, library, congress center, sports center, sales office, bus stops and routes, etc. Necessary information was provided on these subjects.

BOR NURSİNG HOME VİSİT


Visits were made to elderly people staying in Bor nursing home by the teaching staff and students of the Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Leather Department on 10.12.2024.

LEATHER TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM


17 students were enrolled in the Leather Technology Program in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. Our program continues its active education activities. Niğde Bor Mixed and Leather Specialized Organized Industrial Zone Directorate provided a non-refundable scholarship opportunity to our program students.

INTERNSHIP INFORMATION MEETING


In the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, an information meeting was held for the first year students of the Textile, Clothing, Shoes and Leather Department, Leather Technology Program on 30.04.2024 by the program instructors about the internship procedures.

ADVISER STUDENT MEETING


In the Fall Term of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, an Advisory Student Meeting was held on 19.10.2023 for the students of our school's Leather Technology, Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Traditional Handicrafts Program. Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, Internship Directives, etc. to our students. Our school and campus area were introduced by providing information on the subjects.

THERE IS A GRADUATE IN THE CLASS EVENT


Ahmet ARISOY from Arı Leather Trade and Industry Limited Company operating in Bor Karma and Deri Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, and Oğuz ARSLANTAŞ from Avşar chemical and Leather company came together with the students of our school's Textile Clothing Footwear and Leather Department on December 4, 2024, shared their private sector experiences and gave advice to our students in the field of business life.

TECHNICAL TOUR


Accompanied by the department faculty members, our Leather Technology Program students worked at Arı Deri Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Şti, which operates in Bor Karma and Leather Specialization Organized Industrial Zone, on 22.05.2024. was taken on a technical visit.
