Visit to Niğde Emergency Call Center

Within the scope of the Emergency Health Services I course, a technical visit was carried out to the Niğde Emergency Call Center on December 12, 2025, with the participation of the First and Emergency Aid Program students under the supervision of our department instructor Lecturer Tuğba AYDEMİR.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the duties, operations, and coordination processes of emergency call centers on site. Authorized staff provided detailed information about how emergency calls are received, evaluated, and directed to the relevant response units. Observing real-life practices contributed significantly to enhancing the students’ professional awareness and reinforcing their theoretical knowledge.
