Educational Objectives of the Department

The objective is to train the teachers our country needs in line with the aims and principles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547.
The aim of the Department of Primary School Teaching is to prepare teachers capable of conducting educational activities in primary schools at a high standard.
Primary school teaching education is provided as a comprehensive program, combining theoretical instruction and practical applications in the laboratory.
It fosters collaboration between universities and the Ministry of National Education, equipping primary school teachers with professional competence.
The department aims to develop positive attitudes toward teaching and train teachers with professional skills in their respective fields.
It seeks to educate teachers who prioritize Atatürk's principles, human rights, democracy, and ethics.
