2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2024/1 Term Scientific Evaluation Results

Within the scope of the “2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program” conducted by the TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Directorate (BİDEB), according to the results of the 2024/1 period, 4 projects in our Department's Food Quality Control and Analysis Program have been awarded support. The projects whose project consultants will be Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fulden KARADAL, Dr. Lecturer Tuba SAKİN ŞAHİN and Lecturer Dr. Gamze KOÇER ALAŞALVAR are listed below.

1. Investigation of microbial and physicochemical criteria in samples of butter churn produced from goat yogurt and homemade butter obtained from cow and goat cream

2. Investigation of some quality parameters of pistachio paste contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7

3. Use of Alginate Coatings Added with Bacteriophage Cocktail for Biological Control of E. coli in Sausages

4. Determination of Quality Characteristics of Apple Pickles Produced with the Addition of Different Natural Ingredients
