The faculty members of our department, under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Neslihan KILAR, convened on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 12:45 to hold the Departmental Board Meeting for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester.

During the meeting, the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of academic advisors within the framework of the Active Advising System were discussed. In addition, the planning of a student-advisor meeting to bring together departmental students and their advisors was addressed, and preparations for an orientation program for newly enrolled students were considered.

The meeting was concluded productively with evaluations regarding academic planning for the new semester and with the shaping of activities aimed at supporting students’ adaptation processes.
